Rules.

• You have to be 18+ at the start of the BFW event.

• Your registration can be rejected by the staff, due to unacceptable behavior in the past or not following the rules (of a previous event). Denial of registration may also arise from member complaints or bans on other events within BE/NE/LUX.

• Drugs are not allowed. Smoking is allowed at smoking areas.

• Alcohol is allowed, but drink wisely.

• Breaking things during an event is your responsibility.

• Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all attendees, staff, and volunteers with respect, regardless of their identity, background, or fursona. Embrace and celebrate the diversity within the furry community and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

• Follow the Code of Conduct: Adhere to the BFW Code of Conduct at all times. This includes refraining from disruptive or harmful behavior, respecting personal boundaries, and seeking consent before engaging in physical contact or taking photographs/videos of others.

• Compliance with Laws and Policies: Abide by all applicable local, regional, and national laws, as well as BFW policies. This includes but is not limited to rules regarding prohibited substances, weapons, and dangerous items. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event and potential legal consequences.

• Safety and Security: Take responsibility for your personal safety and the security of your belongings. Be mindful of your surroundings, report any suspicious activity to BFW staff, and keep your personal belongings secure at all times. Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by BFW staff.

• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the event venue. This may include guidelines related to smoking, food and drink consumption, noise levels, and designated areas. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

• Respect personal boundaries and obtain explicit consent before engaging in any physical contact, including hugging, touching, or posing for photographs/videos. Be mindful of others' comfort levels and always ask for permission before interacting in a physical manner.

• If you are wearing a fursuit, be mindful of your surroundings and the limitations of your suit. Avoid obstructing pathways, be cautious of others, and follow any specific guidelines or rules provided for fursuiters. Maintain good hygiene and take regular breaks to rest and hydrate.

• Familiarize yourself with the event schedule, panel guidelines, and workshop instructions. Arrive on time for scheduled activities, follow any instructions from presenters, and be respectful of their expertise and time.

• Enjoy the event responsibly and in moderation. Consumption of alcohol or other substances should be done in accordance with the laws and regulations of the event venue and local authorities. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Above all, embrace the spirit of fun, friendship, and furry enthusiasm. Engage with others in a positive and friendly manner, make new friends, and spread the joy and creativity that defines the furry community.
