Fursuit Afairs
IResponsible for overseeing all aspects related to fursuiters' well-being and enjoyment at the convention, including organizing events, coordinating parades, and ensuring safety and comfort for participants.
Stewards and Safety
Ensures the safety and security of all attendees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, coordinating emergency responses, and managing crowd control during events.
Web / IT
Manages and maintains the convention website, handles technical support for online registration systems, and provides IT solutions to enhance the digital experience for attendees and staff.
Registration
Manages the registration process for attendees, including processing registrations, issuing badges, and providing customer support for registration inquiries.
Entertainment
Plans, organizes, and coordinates entertainment activities and events throughout the convention, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup that caters to the interests of attendees.
